The goal is to give your business a practical website that explains what you offer and makes it easier for customers to enquire. Instead of managing separate website design and hosting services, you get them together in one monthly package.

This may be a good fit if your current website is outdated, difficult to use or doesn't give customers a clear way to contact you. It's also an option if you're starting a business and need to establish your online presence.

RepFlow Reviews - $299/Month

This package focuses on helping you build your Google review presence through automated customer requests.

It includes:

• Automated Google review request system

• Unlimited review requests

• Personalised replies to four-five star reviews

• Dedicated business mobile number

• Past customer database reactivation

Once the system is configured, review invitations can be sent as part of your process after completing jobs. Instead of asking every customer manually, you have a consistent method for requesting feedback.

The system can also help you reconnect with eligible past customers who haven't previously been asked to leave a review.

Important: Database reactivation has a separate one-off fee based on the size of your customer database.

This package is suited to business owners who already have customers but haven't been collecting Google reviews consistently. You don't necessarily need a new website to benefit from review automation.

This package is for businesses that want more than Google review requests.

It brings together several tools designed to help you manage enquiries, respond faster and stay in contact with customers.

• Website chatbot

• Automatic SMS confirmations for new enquiries

The marketing automation system can also support missed-call text-back workflows when the required call setup is configured. This package is useful if you're regularly receiving enquiries, spending too much time following up manually or want a better way to contact existing customers.

The Google review request system is included, so you don't need to purchase the separate reviews package just to access review requests alongside marketing automation.

Important: SMS usage is billed separately from the $399 monthly subscription.

Are There Any Additional Costs?

The main additional costs to be aware of are SMS usage for the marketing automation package and the one-off database reactivation fee where applicable.

Are There Lock-In Contracts?

RepFlow currently advertises no lock-in contracts.
